Yellow Watermelon

watermelon (1 of 1)

No, this photograph is not photoshopped.. I found a yellow watermelon; I had never tasted one before. It was definitely sweeter than the pink watermelons and tasted thicker like honey, maybe the color is playing tricks on me like when eating mint ice cream it taste more minty when it is colored green!

Day 134 & 135-Bricks

In my attempt to branch out and to try photograph things besides food and nature, I found this pretty awesome Gothic-like church. I love that the tower only has vines on one side of the tower; it makes the building all the more creepy.

Despite a bee stinging me yesterday, I had a pretty awesome time at the Farmers’ Market. My friend noticed these flowers, and after some editing, the photograph came out very vibrant and beautiful. My warning for the day: please beware of bees, vicious creatures, but at least I know I am not allergic!

Day 31-Photographing Water…

After reading a “How to Photograph Waterfalls” article online, I became slightly fixated on taking water pictures on slow shutter speeds. I stopped for while, but then today I could not resist.

Also today was the first time I got to use Lightroom; it will definitely be an interesting and fun learning experience. My weekend will be spent playing in Lightroom!
